The breed
The Gordon Setter is the heaviest, strongest and slowest of the setter group. It has a relaxed temperament and makes a good family dog. It is intelligent, loyal and obedient.
Grooming
The coat is silky and long and the striking tan and black colour combination makes this dog a real eye catcher. It does require regular grooming to maintain matt free and in good condition.
Exercise
This breed thrives on daily, vigorous exercise and does not adapt well to city living or in apartments.
