The Breed
The Boxer is an active, intelligent dog. Its large size does make it prone to clumsiness, although unintentional . His wrinkled brow gives him a thoughtful and delightful expression. It is a good idea to train a Boxer from an early age to bring out the best of its intelligence. The Boxer tends to make an ideal family dog and is usually good with children. It is also a good guard dog with his muscular frame and intimidating expression.
VarietiesThe Boxer comes in two colour variations, fawn and brindle. The coat requires little grooming, with perhaps just an occasional polishing with a chamois leather to bring out the shine in the coat.
